a. How SMS Opt-In Is Collected

The form presents two separate, unchecked, optional consent checkboxes, one for marketing messages, one for non-marketing (transactional) messages. You may tick either, both, or neither. b. Categories of SMS You May Receive

Non-Marketing SMS, sent only if you ticked the non-marketing consent checkbox. Includes appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, account-related updates, and customer-care communications tied to your specific interaction with Beam.
You may opt in to one, both, or neither category. Beam routes SMS communication strictly based on which checkbox(es) you ticked.
c. SMS Data Handling
SMS opt-in data and consent records are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. They are shared only with our SMS delivery aggregator (currently Twilio, via HighLevel) as necessary to deliver messages to your carrier.
d. Opt-Out
To opt out of any SMS category at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages will be sent in that category.
