Paid Media Specialist

Is this the right fit?
This role is perfect for
Agencies with multiple clients spending $5K+/month on paid media
When you have ongoing ad spend across several accounts, you need a dedicated operator running the dailies, not a senior strategist context-switching between platforms.
Teams bottlenecked on day-to-day campaign optimization
Strategy is set, the campaigns are live, but no one has time to read the data daily, kill underperformers, and reallocate spend. This role takes that work off senior plates.
Agencies running ads across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms
Multi-platform paid media is a real specialty. A generalist who only knows one platform leaves spend on the table. An operator with depth across all four wins.

FAQs
FAQs on hiring an Paid Media Specialist
How fast can I get started?
Most operators are matched and introduced within days of scoping. From there, your operator learns your tools and gets to work, most clients see meaningful production in the first two weeks.
What if the operator isn't the right fit?
We replace them. Within 30 days of your request, we place a new operator into the role, and in most cases, within two weeks. Your first replacement is free; after that, a $500 re-onboarding fee applies.
Do I need to onboard them?
Operators start agency-trained. You'll provide context on your systems and SOPs, Beam handles the contractor relationship, training, and ongoing support.
Does the operator just push buttons, or do they think about strategy?
Both, within scope. Beam Paid Media Specialists execute against strategy set by you and the client, but they're not button-pushers. They have opinions on creative, structure testing frameworks, and know when something isn't working before the data fully shows it. For clients spending under $20K/month, they often own strategy too. For larger accounts with dedicated strategists, they execute and optimize against the strategy provided.
