Is this the right fit?
This role is perfect for
Agencies producing video and motion regularly that bottleneck on editor capacity
If your team has work to ship and the only thing slowing it down is who's actually editing, this role unblocks that constraint without committing to a full creative hire.
Agencies whose clients need ongoing motion content for paid social and channels
When clients want weekly cutdowns, monthly brand films, or quarterly product launches, you need an embedded operator, not a freelancer juggling four other accounts.
Agencies that need both 3D and video edit work without hiring two specialists
When the work spans product visualizations and social cutdowns, a single operator with depth in both saves you from staffing for two roles you don't have full-time work for.
